The cornerstone of the Hurley operation is its Bystronic laser. The machine features 440 watt laser cutting for fast, clean cuts and controlled pulse piercing (CPP). With a five foot by ten foot sheet capacity, the oversized bed allows for the most efficient job layout. The high laser output can handle up to one inch thick steel, and has a rotary head to allow for cutting of tubes and profiles.

The business is located in Windsor, CT in a newly purchased and renovated 20,000 square foot building. The space allows for an efficient layout of equipment, computers and office space, and was necessary to accomodate the expanding capacity and inventory of Hurley Metal Fabrication.
